Respite/Carer Support

Raglan Rest Home & Hospital provides a flexible respite service aimed at meeting the individual needs of both the supported and the supporter.

The people who access this service may be living at home with some form of caregiver support, and either they or the caregiver require some health care and/or time to relax and refresh themselves.

Or they may be living alone and have an acute event that means they need some extra support for a short period of time.

People requiring this type of care at short notice can often be accommodated.

A planned respite, booked in advance, is ideal for all parties.
